Simple. You choose the artwork you love and send us a message.
We do not process payments, charge commissions, or act as financial intermediaries.We simply connect you directly with the artist so you can discuss payment, delivery, and any other details.
You buy straight from the source.After choosing the artwork you’re interested in, send us a request including the location, dates, and the type of event or space where the piece will be displayed.
We check availability directly with the artist and, if the piece is available, we put you in contact.
We act only as a connection facilitator, not a logistics provider.

According to current legislation, purchases made directly from private individuals do not fall under the 14-day return right.
However, our artists agree, through contract, to accept returns under the following conditions:
✅ Returns are accepted if:

The artwork shows obvious differences from the images shown on the website (in color, texture, or essential elements).

The artwork does not match the technical description (dimensions, materials, framing type, etc.).

The artwork arrives damaged (during transport, with signs of wear, or lacking protective packaging).

Works on paper (drawings, watercolors) are not protected with glass or transparent film, if stated as such.
🕒 Return requests must be made within 48 hours of receiving the artwork, with clear photos and a written description.
